Terms and Conditions for La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze
Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully as you will need to agree to these before completing the booking form. You will also be able to review these terms and conditions during the booking process.

Reservations for accommodation are accepted by La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze, the property owners, on the following conditions:

General Policies
Check in is between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check out by 10:00.
All guests must be 18 or over, no children are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
All of our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. If you require an ashtray please let us know.
Parking for guests is available on site and is free of charge.
Payment Conditions
A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The full booking balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
We accept payments by bank transfer, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Additional Check In Notes
In accordance with Italian law all guests are required to show a valid ID when checking in. Acceptable forms of valid ID are: passport, drivers licence, Italian carta di identità.
Due to our location in the countryside an independent means of transport is essential.
Guests and their travel companions, as stated at the time of booking, are permitted to occupy the property for holiday purposes only.

Cancellation Conditions
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
We advise every guest to arrange appropriate holiday insurance in the case of possible cancellation should your circumstances change after payment has been made.

Recycling
Please help us to recycle in the best way for the environment and use the recycling bins provided in the apartment.
Events / Parties
The apartments are located in a peaceful hamlet. Whilst we welcome guests who want to celebrate a special occasion, out of respect to local residents and other guests, loud parties are not permitted.
Damages
We want our guests to think of La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze like a home away from home and as such to treat the apartments with due care and respect. In the case of breakages, loss or damage, guests should report any issues to us which they notice on arrival, and any which occur during their visit promptly. Where appropriate, guests will be liable to pay the replacement cost of the item broken, lost or damaged.

Liability and Unforseen Circumstances
La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to serious unforeseen circumstances that would mean we could not accommodate guests in a safe manner. We will inform the guest of this immediately and any payments already received will be refunded in full within 10 days of cancellation. La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze shall not be under any other liability if such cancellation occurs.
La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze shall not be liable to the guest and/or their travel companions for any injury, loss or damage to their property or person, however caused. Guests should ensure that all personal possessions are removed on departure from the property.
In the unlikely event of a complaint the guest should immediately contact La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze . We will endeavour to resolve the problem promptly and amicably. Any dispute arising out of the booking will be between the guest and La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze. No complaints can be considered after departure from the property.

Force Majeure
La Stradella Appartamenti Vacanze cannot accept liability or responsibility for any alterations, delay or cancellation or any other loss or damage caused by war, civil strife, terrorist action, industrial disputes, fire, sickness, bad weather, epidemics, acts of any government, or public authority, changes imposed by re-scheduling of airlines or any event outside our control.
